Episode 11 starts with an open apology to the fantasy football gods from Kelen “B Hyphen” Conley in the first ever episode call-in. (He caught the hosts right as they were about to start recording, quite literally!) Hosts Anthony Sellers and Gary Wolfe then start your regularly scheduled podcast with injury updates, how the trades at the trade deadline will affect the rest of the fantasy football season and what impact will come of Josh Gordon being reinstated by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell.
The two then bicker and disagree with each other over their top plays of the week and potential busts. Anthony drops a bombshell on Gary for his sleeper pick, one that prompts a bet where Gary (a Steeler fan) could end up appearing on Anthony’s other show, “Browns In Our Blood” wearing Browns memorabilia.
In keeping with the apologetic theme of the first few minutes of the show, the two also send their apologies for missing terribly on last week’s potential bust players (Deshaun Watson for Anthony and DeAndre Hopkins for Gary.) The two then go over their ultimate stat line’s for this week as well as give their opinions on certain stats being hit in the over under segment of the show.
The two then end the episode the same as every other episode, with a little trash talk. Be sure to check back next week!
